About Our Company

K&C Cleaning Commitment:

It is our goal to provide all our customers with the highest quality service specifically tailored around your needs.

Equipment and Supplies:

We will provide all equipment and supplies required to perform our services: Micro-filtered vacuum cleaners that can remove 99.97% of dust and dirt from your home instead of traditional vacuums that just recirculate the fine dust back into your home. Our personnel train with the highest quality cleaning supplies and equipment all designed and tested to clean & sanitize your home. Our supplies are also designed to prevent any damage to the surfaces of your home; this gives great comfort to our customers.

Insurance:

We are insured and bonded and a copy of our certificate is available on request. Although it is a rarity, accidents do happen. If anything is broken in your home due to negligence from our cleaners, no matter how small, we shall replace the item as soon as possible.

Keys:

We pride ourselves on key management and security procedures. Door checks and alarm training and the customer sense of security are our highest priority.

Referrals:

As a special thank you to our customers who go out of their way to refer K&C to their friends and family we offer a special thank you in the form of a free cleaning. When your referral become a customer you will receive a credit for extra service or a credit on your present bill. There are no limits on the number of referrals, and we believe our satisfied customers are our best sales people.

Schedule Changes:

Sometimes it might be be necessary to reschedule your cleaning due to employee sickness or poor weather conditions. We will reschedule your cleaning as soon as possible at your convenience.

Estimates:

Our fee is a flat rate based on several factors. Please call (508) 845-3277 to set an appointment for a free estimate. We will meet at your convenience and tailor a plan to meet your specific needs. We will provide references upon request.

Our Holidays:

We do not provide services on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
