Frequently Questions about our Services:

Are you insured & Bonded to perform cleaning services?

Yes, we are covered by liability, workers compensation & we are bonded. Our Insurance Company will send you a certificate copy upon request.

How do I pay for your cleaning services?

Payment is due at time of service. You may pay with check, cash or money order only.
 
If I sign up for regular basis cleaning schedule, will the same person be in my home each time?

We make every effort to ensure that the same person is in your home each time.

How many people will be cleaning my home?

Usually, there will be two people in your home for the first time cleaning or if your home is very small, one person may be able to complete the job thoroughly. For the regularly scheduled day, there will be only one person.

What frequency of cleaning do you offer?

Most of our customers prefer a weekly and biweekly cleaning on a regular basis scheduled day, but we also provide once a month,  seasonal, moving in/out, even special occasions.

Do you bring your own equipment and cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. You only have to provide, paper towel rolls and plastic trash bags.

Must I be at home when you are cleaning?

Absolutely not. We have many options for your home access:

• Be home just to let us in
• On each visit, leave a key in a safe place
• Give us a garage code
• Give us a key and alarm code

Keys 
We pride ourselves on key management and security procedures. Door checks and alarm training and the customer sense of security are our highest priority.

Schedule changes?
Sometimes it might be necessary to reschedule your cleaning due to the cleaner sickness or poor weather conditions. We will reschedule your cleaning as soon as possible at your convenience.

Our Holidays
We do not provide services on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. We appreciate your business.
